Current TV Identity

Created the cubes using solids and nulls in After Effects then applied the text. I animated the cubes by keyframing the rotation of the null objects. Particles were created using Trapcode Particular.

Hi! My name is Derek Skinner.

I love pushing the limits and making ideas come to life. I have strong skills in Motion/Web/Interactive design and I am a hardworking and dedicated individual with a B.A.S degree in Motion Graphics & Design who is devoted to projects from initial concept/design to final delivery. While going to college I started my freelance career in 2009 and worked on a wide range of projects. I continued my freelance career until the end of March 2012 when I received a full time job offer from CBS Interactive. My current title is Designer/Developer.
